How many guests can we have?

Holston Springs has a maximum capacity of 100 guests. If booked in conjunction with our sister property, The Stables at Strawberry Creek, we can accommodate up to 200 guests.

How do we find wedding vendors?

We maintain a comprehensive list of East Tennessee's most reputable vendors. When you reserve a date with Holston Springs, you have access to everyone you need for your special day.

What do we do about alcohol?

Wedding hosts may supply outside alcohol for guests as long as there is a licensed and insured server present for the entire duration of the reception or party. Alcohol insurance coverage must also be indicated on the host’s insurance policy for the event.

What if it rains?

Rest assured, we have both outdoor and indoor ceremony options, as well as a rain backup.

How late can we stay?

Guests are welcome to stay at Holston Springs until 10:30 pm for celebrating and socializing, although music must cease at 10:00 pm. We also allow overnight parking until 12:00 pm the following day for guests who choose to take an Uber or utilize a designated driver.

Can we bring pets?

We love pets! Well-behaved animals are welcome.
